We are not responsible for Australia Post or affiliated International postal agencies losing or delaying parcels (or part parcels). All items are sent with tracking ID, but please advise us if you wish to have your parcel insured. This will be at extra cost to you.

As each item is Fair Trade and individually made, slight differences will be present which makes your item unique. We do not accept returns for change of mind.

All care is taken to ensure your item arrives in 100% condition, however, if your item is damaged, please return it within 7 days for a replacement, subject to availability, or a full refund.
